Pricing
One commission, paid when you earn.
20% of what the platforms pay out, after their fees. No setup fee, no subscription. Anything we pass on is at cost, with no markup from us.
What you pay
The whole list, in plain words.
One package, one fee, written into your agreement before you start.
You pay
- 20% of the income paid out by the platforms, after their fees
- Repairs, at cost and with no markup, itemised in your reports
- Utilities (water, electricity, internet) and supplies, at cost
- Furniture and equipment, only if the property needs preparing: you approve each expense and pay at cost
You don’t pay
- A setup fee
- A subscription
- A markup on repairs, utilities or supplies
- Cleaning and laundry: the cleaning fee guests pay covers them
- Spending above your limit that you haven’t approved
How the 20% works
A worked example, not a forecast.
Say the platforms pay out 100,000, after their fees. Swap in your own figure to see the split.
This only shows the arithmetic. It says nothing about what your property would earn: nobody can honestly promise that before seeing the property, the building and the market.

The figure above is before repairs, utilities and supplies, so compare it with your rent after your own costs.
Your numbers, our maths. The figures above are an example you can change: they show how the split works, not what you will earn. Nobody can know your nightly rate or your booked nights before assessing the property, and platform fees vary by platform. The same maths works in any currency. Repairs, utilities and supplies come out of what is left, at cost, itemised in your reports.

What a Tétouan listing brings in, from public data.
Three public sources, side by side. They don’t agree, so we show all three instead of an average.

- AirDNA50%
- Airbtics44%
Average nightly rate

Gross revenue per year
- AirROI≈ MAD 36,000
- AirDNA≈ MAD 85,000
- AirbticsMAD 123,000
On average, that is about MAD 3,000 to 10,300 a month.
- Gross. Before platform fees, our 20% commission, repairs, utilities and supplies. The calculator above shows what is left.
- The whole market. Every listing in Tétouan, professionally managed or not. This is not what Bubbles would earn for you, and it is not a promise.
- They disagree. The sources cover different listings and different twelve months: AirROI 337 listings (Aug 2025 – Jul 2026), AirDNA 1,067 (latest 12 months), Airbtics 2,446 (Feb 2025 – Jan 2026). So we show all three rather than an average. Dollar figures are converted by us at about MAD 9.7 per dollar.

Doing it yourself?
You could manage it yourself. Here’s the trade.
If you have the time and the know-how, doing it yourself keeps the 20%. We’d rather you hear that from us.
Doing it yourself
- You keep the 20%
- You answer guests whenever they write, evenings included
- You arrange the cleaning and check it after every stay
- You set prices and adjust them as demand moves
- You handle every problem yourself, from a bad review to a burst pipe
With Bubbles
- You pay 20% of what the platforms pay out, after their fees, and only when you are paid
- A named team answers guests and handles cleaning and turnovers
- Prices follow real demand
- Problems are dealt with early, while the guest is still there
- You approve large expenses and see every payment in your reports
Neither is right for everyone. The 20% pays for time and know-how, not for a promise: we can’t promise you’ll earn more than by doing it yourself. That’s why we assess your property first, and tell you if managing it yourself would suit you better.
Control
Your money, in plain sight.
We don’t hide fees in the small print, spend above your limit without asking, or promise income before seeing your property.
- Line-by-line accounts: what came in, what went out
- A spending limit you set. Above it, we ask for your approval before spending
- Income and costs settled on an agreed schedule, written into your agreement
- No minimum term. Stop with 30 days’ notice; bookings already confirmed are honoured
Money questions
Three answers, straight.
How do I get paid?
Income and costs are reported clearly and settled on an agreed schedule, written into your agreement.
Do you promise a certain income?
No. Nobody can honestly promise income before seeing the property, the building and the market.
What if I want to stop?
There’s no minimum term. You can stop with 30 days’ notice, and bookings already confirmed are honoured.
