Two seasons, one year
Summer on the coast is its own animal. The rest of the year behaves differently, so pricing and minimum stays should too.
Buildings have rules
Many apartments sit in co-owned buildings with their own rules. We check before you commit, not after.
Sea air is not subtle
Salt, humidity and summer heat are hard on fittings, linen and air conditioning. Maintenance is planned, not improvised.
