The north coast

Property management on Morocco’s north coast.

Martil, M’diq, Cabo Negro, Marina Smir, Fnideq: one sea, five personalities. We know the difference, and so should your property manager.

Five places

One sea. Five personalities.

These are general impressions to explain how we think. Your assessment looks at your actual street, building and view.

Martil

The beach town closest to Tétouan. A lively seafront in summer, a calmer rhythm outside it.

M’diq

A port town turned resort, with a seafront and plenty of apartment buildings.

Cabo Negro

A residential stretch of coast known for villas and second homes.

Marina Smir

A marina-centred resort area with apartments around the port.

Fnideq

A beach town right beside the Ceuta border, busy in summer.

Seasons

A busy summer is only half the story.

The coast comes alive in summer, including with families visiting from abroad. The rest of the year is a different business. We plan pricing, minimum stays and maintenance for the whole year, not just the busy bit.

  • Pricing that moves with the seasons
  • Minimum stays tuned to the calendar
  • Off-season maintenance and deep cleans
  • Honest expectations, not summer-only optimism

Questions

The coast, answered.

Which places do you cover?

Tétouan, Martil, M’diq, Cabo Negro, Marina Smir and Fnideq. If you’re nearby but not on the list, ask us.

Is it only worth it in summer?

Summer is busy, but we plan for the whole year. Part of the assessment is telling you honestly what the rest of the year might look like.

My apartment is in a residence with rules. Is that a problem?

It can be. Many buildings have their own co-ownership rules, so we check them early — before you invest in anything.
