What it costs
One commission. No fixed fees.
One package, one fee, written into your agreement before you start.
- A 20% commission on the income paid out by the platforms, after their fees
- No setup fee and no subscription: you only pay when you earn
- Cleaning and laundry are covered by the cleaning fee guests pay
- Repairs, utilities and supplies are yours to pay, at cost and with no markup from us, itemised in your reports. Above a limit you set, we ask before spending
- No minimum term: you can stop with 30 days’ notice, and bookings already confirmed are honoured
